InterSquash

Intersquash is a new tool that very easily allows you to turn any website or blog with an RSS Feed into a sweet looking iPhone optimized equivalent. There is one very good plugin for WordPress called WP Touch that pretty much does the exact same thing but a pre-requiste for using it is that you have to be running WordPress (which I don’t). When someone that’s running an iPhone or iPhod Touch visits your site, they automatically get re-directed to an Intersquash iPhone optimized version. Content and everything else naturally stays the same.

Intersquash

Intersquash is an initiative by a British developer by the name of Jon Wheatley and he has mananged to make it very easy for anyone to “iPhoneize” their site and add their own Favicon to it. Really like that he added the Favicon functionality because having a boring screen of the site as your icon doesn’t really go hand in hand with the general esthetiques of the iPhone. You can pick any 57x57 image for this purpose.

If you’re keen on trying this out on your own, check out the video below for step-by-step guidance.
