Spotify Yourself (Without an Invite)
If you haven’t been under a rock for the past couple of months you have most probably heard about Spotify. Spotify is a Swedish startup that has developed a very lightweight, iTunes-like application that instantly streams pretty much any music you want it to. I can almost bet that 9/10 tunes you search for, you find (this does not apply to more niched genres, such as progressive house music).
1. First off, you head over to this proxy site
2. Enter the following URL in the box http://www.spotify.com/en/get-started/
3. Wait.
4. Create a new user and enter the UK postcode SW1A 2AB (or any other for that matter). The reason for entering a British postcode is because over there, they don’t need an invite to sign up. Lucky bastards.
5. Download the Windows or OSX Spotify App and be on your way.
